Tales of the Sea

The sea as both a real place and a space of memory. Sometimes illuminated by sunset. Sometimes immersed in nocturnal light or stilled by the cold. Boats, rocks, distant shores, and traces of human presence emerge among layers of colour as the visible gradually passes into the imagined. Each painting leaves behind its own unfinished story—of intimacy, solitude, stillness, or longing.
